International undergraduate students have priority to stay in campus dormitories for freshman and sophomore during academic year. International graduate students are guaranteed on‐campus housing for the first year of study except for those who graduated from the universities in Taiwan. Third‐year or above international undergraduate students and second‐year or above graduate students should renew their applications prior to the start of the academic year in order to qualify for a lottery drawing with other regular students. All rooms are Non-Smoking and cooking is prohibited in all NCCU dormitories.

►Room Facility 
All rooms are furnished with bed frame, reading desk with drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe, air conditioner, and cable Internet. (Please note that mattress, sheets, pillows and blankets are NOT included, and a pre-paid card is needed to use the air-conditioner) 

►Public Facility 
TV room, laundry facilities, shared bathroom, service counter, book rental…

►Dormitory Fee
All fees shown are in NTD (New Taiwan Dollars) and for one semester only. All dorm fees will be included in your registration bill. Please pay all fees before the prescribed deadline in the beginning of each semester.
